Cristobal Madero

Sociologist and a theologian, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Policies and Organizations in the Graduate School of Education at the University of California, Berkeley. Before coming to these studies, awarded by a Fulbright Scholarship and sponsored by the Council for the Science and Technology CONICYT, he taught for ten years philosophy, theology, and social sciences in several high schools in Chile. His research is focused in in-service teacher’s motivation, incentives, and formation, and in the sociology of education.
